September 2, 2011 - There's A Hole In His Career

So, it kind of took me a while to figure this out, but I knew when I heard this Michael Franti guy blowing up on the radio this past year that he sounded familiar. Kinda. You see, back in the 90's, Franti was either in a group called Spearhead or went by the name Spearhead, and he made much, uhhhh, darker, tunes than the radio-friendly Sounds of Sunshine that he currently makes.
