Okay, if you are one of those crazy hipster types that only like bands with names like Wild Dingo Stank or Bearded Shoelace or something like that, then this list is clearly not for you. However, if you even occasionally enjoy the popular music of today, or maybe just want to make an attempt to enjoy it, then you might find this list either informative, controversial or entertaining. Either way, I hope you can come to terms with the fact that pop music made a big comeback in 2010, and there's nothing you can do about it! Cee-Lo - F*** You(BUY)
At first, I was a little skeptical of a hit pop song being titled so crudely…but it only takes one listen to realize this song could not be called anything else.

Kanye West - Runaway(BUY)
While Cee-Lo wrote a tribute to the assholes of the world, Kanye wrote a toast to the inner assholes in all of us.

Katy Perry - Teenage Dream(BUY)
Katy Perry's catchy pop hits make you wish you were a teenager again…or that you were Russell Brand right now.

Lady Gaga - Alejandro(BUY)
I'm not going to pretend to understand Ms. Gaga, but as far as talent goes, she blows away the other females on this list.

Kesha - Your Love is My Drug(BUY)
You either love Kesha, you hate her, or both at the same time. Either way, you can't deny her catchy music.

Neon Trees - Animal(BUY)
This song flew just below the radar, but not far enough for Konway to miss it.

Nelly - Just a Dream(BUY)
It wasn't just a dream. Nelly did make a slight comeback this year. This single was all he really had to show for it, but it was a pretty good showing either way.

B.O.B - Nothin' On You(BUY)
With all due respect to Cee-Lo, if you wanted to win over a lady's heart this year, this was probably the more appropriate song to play her.

Taio Cruz - Dynamite(BUY)
Let's be honest, if this song came on the radio and you were by yourself, you didn't turn it off, you turned it up. I won' tell anyone.

Eminem - Love the Way You Lie(BUY)
Eminem made a slight drug-free comeback this year, but the results were the same: another hit about violent, unhealthy relationships.
