August 26, 2011 - Rocked Like a Hurricane!
Well, Miami Hurricanes aren't the only ones making noise these days, as Hurricane Irene prepares to make her presence felt to some 65 million East Coast residents this weekend. Since I don't live on the East Coast, I'll probably just watch a few classic "weather reporter gets more than he can bargain for while shooting in a hurricane" videos while enjoying the beautiful landlocked conditions here in the Midwest.

My sister actually roots for hurricanes to form after they pass the caribbean islands and slam into the U.S. because 1) they supposedly can handle it and 2) they have daredevil (or crazy) reporters who actually cover a hurricane while outside in the hurricane. It's the highlight of the hurricane season when it happens. Katrina was the exception, that was just depressing.
